It started with a film. As an engineering student I watched The Matrixand couldn’t let go of one question — could a machine really think? My final-year thesis was my first answer: an AI system, built two decades before the world caught up.
What followed were twenty years in the engine rooms of Australia’s most complex organisations — banking, superannuation, government, utilities, retail — running the programs that transform how they work, and learning first-hand why most transformation quietly fails: not the technology, but the gap between strategy and shipping. Then AI arrived in earnest, and the thing I’d imagined as a student became buildable — by one person, in days.
RM X.0 is where those two threads meet: two decades of hard-won judgement, wielding a modern AI stack. Most AI help is either generic consulting or tools nobody adopts. I work the opposite way — deep in the detail of your field, building the assistant, dashboard, document engine or site your team will genuinely use, and leaving behind a working system, not a slide deck.
